Three loops in the Änggårdsbegen natural park resulted in 43k and more than 1200m. The fact that the highest "peak" in the area is 120m you get the picture of the course!!? 😁😂😱

 

The last lap I tried to run at my "ultra-pace". The really slow pace when I'm really tired. Well, I got tired really fast! 😱😯

 

Is it possible that running really slowly for hours has such an impact on the body? Crazy, I know! 🤔
