Almost 30k trail running today. Fresh (ca. 12°C) and quite rainy.....
As always it's really lovely to run the Sandsjöbacka Naturreservat trails.Thanx to Niclas Gällentoft and Mikael Lyckeklint.... we had a lot of fun today! :)
I have to rest now for a couple of days, my knee hurts a little bit due to bad training this week I guess. Running on asphalt is nothing I really like but when you decide to run and the clock shows 23:00 or something like that... well, running trails is not really an option.... not alone! I managed to train basket this week (3 days - approx. 6h) with my son! That was great! (maybe that's one of the reasons that my knee is in pain.... ehhehehe)
Another great project is done: my daughter can run a bike now... alone! Yeah! ;)
