The Legbreaker Climb - Safjället
Another interesting climb here in the Gothenburg area. This one in on the south part of the Safjället natural park in Mölndal.
The climb starts with an easy incline and it averages a 22% grade. It's really challenging if wet or snowy and the risk of falling and potentially injuring yourself is high.
One climb is approx. 70m so you need to make many reps in order to gain a respectable amount of elevation gain.
But hey, our runner community in the area loves challenges and there is no easy alternative if we want to be ready for those tough challenges in high altitude around the world. 😊
