Today was maybe the first run that I actually enjoyed running with my Merrell Trail Glove 2 shoes both on asphalt and dirt/trail. No pain, no stress.... just lovely running.

The timing was almost perfect and the evening light created wonderful opportunities for lovely images - just tranquillity, silence, peace and me running in harmony with nature.... The perfect running evening! :)
I did not mind the huge humidity, I didn't care. My breathing was great, I felt good all the 15km today. Great!

The only thing that did not work fine was the choice I made by taping my right foot! A bad choice! A parte of the foot was ok, taped well and I actually managed to protect an old injury well. The part just before my toes wasn't taped well, and that produced a strange pain after the 13km. At that point I decided to proceed home just 2km away.

A good decision eftersom after removing the tape I had trouble walking, taking a simple shower and going to the nearby store to buy some things to help my wife do the first ice-cream with her new ice-cream machine! ;)

The ice-cream was great! My legs and foot too just after 2-3hrs! Lesson learned! :)
