This run wasn't really the best one maybe because of the fact that I been fighting all those viruses stressing my family, so I'm pretty tired myself.... and maybe (quite sure) I have some kind of a nice virus too stressing my body. However, I went out and it felt better right away....

The very moment I started running, my body just relaxed into the run, of course the 110% air humidity and 1°C did the perfect mixture....I was slow! :)

Well, this was the beginning... I complained on each and every step and then the first hill came and I told myself: "Dude, shut the **** up! You're soooo annoying! Just stop it and.... run! Just run!".....

And I did that! Actually.. I tryed to sprint up the hill.... and a dude shouted from a car like: "Go, go....faster!...You're good!...." (something like that anyway). Well.....that was nice! Thanx! I appreciate that! :) Yeah!

That felt nice! So nice that I repeted several ups and downhills mixing fartlek, tempo, and interval running! Just great!

The last km were just relaxed plain running home :)

Sometimes.... all you need is just a nice, simple kick!
