Bergvalls Trappor - this was the first time that I decided to train this, to run up & down the stairs.... 5 times!

And wow.... It felt awesome!

Stair running is superb training for running. In addition to strengthening the muscles around the knees, stair running builds stamina and overall lower-body strength, works the gluteal muscles and quadriceps more than road running and is a highly efficient workout in terms of the amount of time spent at very high intensity.
But please, start gradually, do NOT push yourself to the limit - you might get hurt! Focus on running up and walk down if necessary! Celebrities are choosing stair climbing to get in shape - Train before and prepare to this. You have to have a proper running in order to get the most of the benefits of this exercise.

Remember, it's a killer cardio workout! Take it seriously and you'll enjoy the benefits! :)
