Venice Run
A special run for me! In 2008 we left Venice and moved to Sweden. I had severe asthma issues and needed ca. 200 inhalations of Ventolin every week to be able to breathe!
Today (30 october 2015) I enjoyed running without any problem... just a flow of memories... lots of memories!
Almost every corner of this city hides a story. This was very special for me today! :)

Änggårdsbergen Downhill - Letting gravity do the work
The video is taken with the SJ1000 action cam. The surface is quite soft there, but there are plenty of roots and rocks - A great skills workshop!
Downhill running protects your muscles from the damage of long distance races even on flat courses. This is my fav "strength training"! :)
This is a very fast singletrack, speedy and very beautiful....
Änggårdsbergen has a lot to offer if you want to train uphill and downhill running..... :)
