Three loops in the Änggårdsbegen natural park resulted in 43k and more than 1200m. The fact that the highest "peak" in the area is 120m you get the picture of the course!!? 😁😂😱
The last lap I tried to run at my "ultra-pace". The really slow pace when I'm really tired. Well, I got tired really fast! 😱😯
Is it possible that running really slowly for hours has such an impact on the body? Crazy, I know! 🤔
Kudos to all the "slow" runners (not that I'm a fast one)... 😁👏💪👍
I really don't know what @brooksrunning is using for the upper in these Glycerin shoes but it's surely amazing! I never had other shoes that I used on every surface like with my #glycerin16 and the upper is still like new! Not even a tiny scratch! I ran almost 3000km this year alone in my Glycerin16 and yes, the cushioning is gone, the rubber is gone, but I still love these shoes and I use them on trails as well and they are not designed for trail running.... at all! 😂😄😜 I'm so impressed that I needed to buy the #glycerin17 and hopefully I will enjoy these like I did with the #glycerin16! 🙏👍
Amazing job @brooksrunning! I see no need to search for something else! My feet love Brooks! Simple as that! 😍
It's true, I don't use these shoes for races but I love running my long runs with these shoes. Asphalt roads, gravel, easy trails... it's all good. The only surface that these shoes don't like is the mud and really rainy conditions...
