My diet is 99% Vegan and being a family person and athlete as well a proper nutrition is highly important for me and my family!
I like cooking fast with special attention on details, focus on fresh and genuine ingredients, ecologically produced products that works fine in a modern family. All my meals need to be quite easy and quick to prepare, tasty and kids have to like it as well of course!
My food might not be perfect, but I’m working on it! ?
