Hi,
this section has all my videos that you may also find on YouTube where I talk about my running experiences while running.
The idea is to share my knowledge, ideas and situations from my point of view. Being a non-elite runner, a father of two amazing children, having a great wife and a nasty cat as well and having a full time job puts me into the category of 90% of all the runners out there trying to feel better and improve the fitness level each and every day.
I hope that these videos will inspire, provide some knowledge, tips and tricks and help those who struggle with the sport but will make a change…. eventually.
