I planned to run just a little bit, capture the runners with my actioncam and have fun… I took my medical kit with me with some bandage strips, wipes, anti-biotic ointment, emergency blanket and elastic adhesive tape, an extra lamp… just to be sure to have the necessary to use if somebody should need help …
