A great day today. A hill run! Up and down along this hill called Hobo Hill in Gothenburg. It's just something like 100mt high but.... nasty!
The nasty feeling maybe because I was never there before and running on trails or better... off-trails on fresh snow whithout knowing where my feet are was a little bit scary. I had to trust Zoltan and follow his steps. The same did Niclas and.. everything went just fine!

My idea was to run with Niclas from Mölndal to Änggårdsbergen and then through Safjället - Mölndal reach Hobo Hill. And that was pretty much the whole idea. :)

The elevation of 632m gained in just one hour was not bad at all! I highly recommend this! Still, remember that in order to reduce the possibility of injury hill training should be conducted once you have a good solid base of strength and endurance!
